Hotels.com releases an annual Hotel Price Index, tracking the prices their customers pay at over 155,000 hotels around the world. The Index helps identify which cities and countries are more affordable or expensive to stay at.

So where in Canada were travelers paying the most in 2012?

    Average Daily Rate in 2012: $246
