The worlds most expensive penthouse comes with a water slide_Part_1

Completion is near on Monaco's tallest skyscraper ever, and its first new one since the 1980s. Fueled by a luxury-housing boom in the tax-haven nation, the Odeon Tower's so-called Sky Penthouse is expected to sell for more than any other apartment in the world has ever sold before.

The Odeon Tower as it will look amid the rest of Monaco's architecture.

The top of the Odeon Tower (or Tour Odeon, in French) under construction in April 2013.

The lobby will have a concierge around the clock, as if residents lived within an exclusive five-star hotel.

Banks of elevators ensure swift transport to the residences above.

"Day-to-day housekeeping, dry cleaning, valet and vehicle washing service are available -- all at the touch of an integrated screen inside each residence," Odeon marketing materials say.

A kitchen. The Sky Penthouse will reportedly have one on each of its five levels.

Floor-to-ceiling windows take maximum advantage of the unobstructed views.

"Kitchens and bathrooms offer a blend of practicality and impeccable style," marketing materials assure prospective buyers.
