Housing project coming up in Chinese Riviera

Sanya is a popular tourist destination in China with the presence of many luxury hotelier brands.

 Plans for the creation of a five star hotel and residential complex with sea-side views and private beach in the Chinese city of Sanya are being drawn up
  

  The project will see a new tourist and residential destination crafted from an as-yet undeveloped part of the coastline.

  Sanya is a popular tourist destination in China with the presence of many luxury hotelier brands. Haitang Bay, being one of the five major bays in Sanya, is been dubbed the new “Chinese Riviera”.

  To the north-west of the site, Asia’s largest duty-free shopping centre is under construction.

  With a total gross floor area of 97,000sqm above ground, the complex dominates the skyline from both inland and seaside. The 38,000sqm Autographic Collection hotel has 300 rooms and supporting amenities includes a ballroom, a Chinese restaurant, a Western restaurant and spa facilities.
