Chelsea Clinton and Marc Mezvinsky List Home for $4.5 Million

 Chelsea Clinton and Marc Mezvinsky have listed their former three-bedroom home at the Grand Madison in the Flatiron District of New York City for $4.475 million. They purchased a condo in the same neighborhood in March 2013 for $10.5 million. Like the Grand Madison, their new place at The Whitman has views of Madison Square Park. Mezvinsky bought the Grand Madison condo in 2008 for $4 million.
 Grammy-nominated British singer Leona Lewis sold her four-bedroom home in West Hollywood Hills for $2.0735 million. Lewis bought the home for $1.85 million in 2009. She listed it two years later for $2.5 million, then dropped the asking price by $300,000. The home spans 3,946 square feet on three-quarters of an acre with a large pool.
 Arnold Schwarzenegger's former 9-bedroom home in the Pacific Palisades neighborhood of Los Angeles sold for $12.9 million. The former California governor and his wife, Maria Shriver, lived in the house from 1986 to 2003, according to the Los Angeles Times. They sold it then for just under $18 million. The housekeeper who had an affair with him and had his child, worked in the home for 20 years.
 The Carolwood Estate, nicknamed the Disney estate, in Los Angeles is on sale for $90 million. The property once belonged to Walt Disney, founder of the Walt Disney Company, ABC News' parent. Billionaire Gabriel Brener bought the animator's old barn on Carolwood Drive from the estate of Disney's widow in 1998, tore it down and annexed the neighboring land. An eight-bedroom home was built in 2001.
 Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi listed their penthouse in the prestigious Somerset building in Beverly Hills, Calif. for $899,000. According to property records, DeGeneres bought the home three years ago for $835,000. The corner penthouse measures 1,683-square feet. Both of the two bedrooms are en-suite with full closets.
 Actress, director and producer Jodie Foster has listed her Hollywood Hills home on the market for $6.399 million, according to Zillow.com. The home features 4 bedrooms, 4 full baths and 2 half-baths.
 Actor Tom Hanks put his Pacific Palisades, Calif. mansion for sale, according to Zillow.com. It is one of three properties he owns with his wife Rita Wilson. The home features 4 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms.
 University of Alabama head football coach Nick Saban is putting his home up for auction on June 27, three weeks later than the originally scheduled date due to a "surge of late interest", according to Mike Russo, chief operating officer for Concierge Auctions, which is coordinating the sale. The home is on Lake Burton in Clayton, Ga. and has six bedrooms, six full bathrooms and two half bathrooms.
 Nick Saban's lakefront home spans 9,600-square feet on 1.7 acres in North Georgia's Appalachian Mountains. The home is listed for $10.95 million. The home is made of natural local stone, reclaimed timber beams and heart pine and Pennsylvania Bluestone flooring. The property features a custom boat house with a swimming dock and an "authentic, Cape Cod-style stone lighthouse."
 Musician Billy Joel sold his Miami Beach waterfront mansion for $13.75 million. The home on exclusive La Gorce Island has 7 bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms. ONE Sotheby's International Realty was involved in both sides of the transaction.
 Hollywood script director Jules Stewart, mother of "Twilight" star Kristen Stewart, paid for a home in the Sherman Oaks area of Los Angeles for $990,000. The 2,308-square-foot home has a pool and spa, but is called "basic" by Hollywood's standards, says Zillow. Stewart made her directorial debut in the B-movie "K-11". She owns two other properties in southern California.
 Anna Faris and Chris Pratt are selling their former Hollywood Hills home at $2.295 million. Faris purchased the home in 2005 for $1.995 million with her first husband, actor Ben Indra, according to Zillow.com. The house features floor to ceiling windows.
 Jim Carrey first listed his 3-bed home property in Malibu, Calif. in June 2011 for $18 million. The home had some price cuts, was off the market, then Carrey relisted it for $13.95 million a year ago. The home with ocean views sold, according to property records, for $13.4 million. Carrey bought it for $9.75 million back in 2002.
 Actor Al Pacino sold his guest house in New York for $3.3 million. Located in Palisades, N.Y. in Rockland County, the 3-bed guest house spans 4,340 square feet and sits on three acres overlooking "the best Hudson River views in New York", as first reported by the Real Estalker. The property was listed for $4.499 million in April 2012.
 Sean "Diddy" Combs has lowered the asking price for his NY condo from $8.5 million to $7.99 million. The 2,292-square-foot home was once owned by Daniel Craig
 Brazilian supermodel Adriana Lima listed her Midtown Manhattan apartment for $5.5 million. With views of Central Park, the 2,200-square-foot condo on West 57th St. has a white-gloved 24-hour doorman and concierge. She bought it for $1.995 million in 2003. She and her husband, basketball player Marko Jaric, also have a 4-bed property on Indian Creek Island in Florida. They have two daughters.
 Madonna has sold her 6-bed New York City duplex for $19 million to a hedge fund manager, reports the Wall Street Journal. The performer put the property, which spans three apartment units, on sale in late 2012. She first bought as a single apartment in 1985 with ex-husband Sean Penn. The property had five wood-burning fireplace and views of Central Park South and Fifth Avenue.
 The New York Yankees third baseman sold his home in Miami Beach on Friday morning, according to ESPN.com reported. The home sold for $30 million and is one of the highest purchase prices for a home in Miami. It was previously listed for $38 million. A nearby home in a private island in Miami-Dade County sold for a record-breaking $47 million in Aug. 2012.
 Katy Perry reportedly bought three adjoining pieces of property for $11.2 million, according to The Real Estalker blog, one of which holds a modern home previously owned by Conan O'Brien's band leader Max Weinberg. The Weinberg home was purchased for $3 million by a trust held by Katy Perry's manager. Built in 1953, the home has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
 Talk show host Ellen DeGeneres and wife Portia de Rossi have reportedly picked up another property -- this time in Montecito, Calif. The real-estate happy couple bought the home for $26.5 million, according to TMZ. On 13 acres with ocean views, the home has six bedrooms and nine fireplaces. The couple sold their home in Malibu last year that previously belonged to actor Brad Pitt.
 Actress Drew Barrymore listed her home in the Santa Barbara, Calif. area for $7.5 million just a year after getting married to husband Will Kopelman. Barrymore reportedly bought the 6-bed home in June 2010 for $5.705 million, as first reported by the Real Estalker and Zillow. The secluded home has a separate guest house with two vintage refrigerators, plus citrus and avocado trees outdoors.
 Jennifer Love Hewitt paid $3.25 million for a modern estate in the Pacific Palisades area of Los Angeles. It was first listed for $3.399 million in early February. The actress listed two of her homes earlier this year, for sale and rent. The 4-bed home was previously owned by 7 for All Mankind jeans co-founder Peter Koral, who sold his company in 2007.
 Playboy founder Hugh Hefner bought a mansion for his wife, Crystal Harris, 27, for almost $5 million. Hefner, 87, bought the 5-bed home in the Hollywood Hills on April 18, 2013 for $4,995,000. It spans 5,917-square feet and has a white glass infinity pool. TMZ reports the couple is actually living happily in the Playboy Mansion, which is owned by Playboy Enterprises.
 Jennifer Lopez reportedly bought an 8-bed home in the exclusive Hamptons neighborhood of Water Mill, N.Y. Lopez toured the estate several times, according to the N.Y. Post. She reportedly paid $10 million for what was previously a $425,000/month summer rental. There were previous reports that she bought a home in the Hamptons in 2011, shortly after her divorce to Marc Anthony.
 Musician and actor Marc Anthony paid $2.5 million for a new home in Encino, Calif. The gated villa has a two-story foyer, dramatic fountain, and a pool house with two bathrooms.
 Musician Taylor Swift has bought a waterfront 7-bedroom mansion in Watch Hill, R.I. for around $17 million in cash, according to TMZ and The Real Estalker blog. The 5-acre property was listed for $23 million in 2011, but Swift may have gotten a discount if she paid in cash. In 2012, Swift bought a home in Hyannis Port, Mass. but then sold it in November.
 Christina Aguilera purchased a 6-bed, $10 million estate in the gated neighborhood of Mulholland Estates in Beverly Hills, according to TMZ. The home was reportedly rented by "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" alum Adrienne Maloof after she finalized her divorce and sold her mansion last year. Aguilera sold her previous Mediterranean-style estate for $13.5 million after two years on the market.

Basketball legend Michael Jordan purchased a home in Cornelius, N.C. for $2.8 million. The majority owner of the NBA's Charlotte Bobcats will live only 22 miles from where they play. Zillow notes the home was first listed for $3.99 million in 2011, but the bank foreclosed on the home in August 2012. It later was relisted for $3.49 million. The home was built in 1993 and has 6-beds and 8-baths. 
From one CEO to another. Oracle CEO Larry Ellison has added another prime property to his already large collection of homes. The billionaire bought a beachfront Malibu home from former Yahoo! CEO Terry Semel for $36,943,890, according to the Los Angeles Times.
