Spotlight on Arjun Kapoor

                   After 'Ishaqzaade' and 'Aurangzeb', Arjun is now busy working on '2 States'. He will play the Punjabi boy protagonist in the film. Sajid Nadiadwala is aware that there has also been tremendous curiosity over the casting.

   Arjun is only two-film-old in the industry, but the makers have faith in his acting prowess.

    Acting is in his genes as he is the son of producer Boney Kapoor and the recently-deceased businesswoman Mona Kapoor.

    He was an overweight youngster until a few years back, and lost a whopping 50 kilos, thanks to Salman Khan's insistence and pursued acting.

    He has already created waves in Bollywood with a brilliant performance in his debut film Ishaqzaade, followed by a commendable performance in 'Aurangzeb'.

    Arjun spotted with his cousin Sonam Kapoor.

    Actor Arjun Kapoor, who did an intimate scene in his debut film 'Ishaqzaade', also shot a lovemaking scene for his forthcoming thriller 'Aurangzeb' and seems to have mastered the art of doing them.

    Directed by Atul Sabharwal, 'Aurangzeb' is about land mafia and features Arjun along with Prithviraj and Sasha Agha.

    These scenes were pivotal to the plot and the debutant director, Atul Sabharwal wanted to get them right.

     Arjun heard the narration and the emotional nuances very attentively as he was very keen to get the shot right in the first take itself.

   The film is launched Sasha, daughter of 'Nikaah' fame Pakistani actress Salma Agha, in Bollywood.

   The director was apprehensive how comfortable she would be doing intense lovemaking scene with her co-star Arjun.
 

     "Arjun explained to her the reason for the scenes and its nuances. Arjun also requested Atul that minimum crew members be present on the sets.

    After the shoot was wrapped up, everyone joked about how he has become a lovemaking expert as he seemed to have a complete command on the scene," said a source close to the film.

    Sources reveal that it took a lot of effort to finalize Arjun Kapoor's look in the upcoming film, Aurangzeb. Sources added that Arjun will be seen wearing 45 exquisite formal suits in the film. Moreover, the actor will also be wearing stylish watches and sunglasses, borrowed from his personal collection, in the film.

    Arjun has around 100 luxury watches in his personal collection, which left the actor's stylists very impressed. Kapoor is definitely looking to up his style quotient with Aurangzeb.

   He started out harbouring dreams of direction by assisting on films such as 'Kal Ho Naa Ho' and 'Salaam-E-Ishq'.

    His performance got rave reviews. Ishaqzaade was a story of two people who were born to hate but destined to love.
