Which is the hotter pair?

Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani brought back ex-lovers Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone. The phenomenal success of the movie is being attributed to their sizzling onscreen chemistry and current lady love Katrina Kaif seems to have been almost forgotten in the process. We asked our readers who they thought made a better pair with Ranbir. The verdict is in.

Going by his box office and romantic exploits he could be the King, Knave and the Ace of hearts as far as Bollywood is concerned. A lady’s man through and through, Ranbir Kapoor could get away with murder as far as the entire female population of the country goes, and that devastating charm has been used to snare Bollywood’s most beautiful leading ladies.

Ranbir’s first B’town lady love has never shied away from wearing her heart on her sleeve, or in this case on the back of her neck, where Ranbir’s initials are tattooed for all of the world to see. Even her post YJHD assertions that her co-star is just a great friend reek of a Ranbir hangover.
The couple came together on the sets of Bachna Hai Haseeno but fell apart due to Ranbir’s fidelity issues. However, even as Deepika sat publicly damning Ranbir Kapoor’s philandering ways on a talk show, RK remained firmly inked on her nape.

In sharp contrast Ranbir’s relationship with Katrina has been characterized by denials, furtive visits to each other’s sets, sneaky dates, all of which comes under the umbrella of the ‘just friends’ tag.

The love affair that began on the sets of Ajab Prem Ki Gajab Kahani suffered briefly because Kat refused to look the other way while Ranbir played the field with Nargis Fakhri. They are back together now and from the looks of it intend to stay that way. However...

A whopping 76 percent of you prefer the original Jodi and the verdict has been delivered in spades with Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani garnering 114 crores in two weeks at the last count. YJHD was cleverly promoted with a dewy-eyed Deepika pleading “Mujhe tumse pyaar ho jayega…..phir se”. So could a second innings be in the offing for these two?
